I am Tanvi and I help ambitious women who struggle with negativity, overwhelm, and anxiety, to transform their mindset by shifting their limiting beliefs, and embody BADASS versions of themselves through the power of self-love, mindfulness, and mindset shifts!

In college, I was diagnosed with clinical anxiety + depression. I let my inner critic get the best of me, struggled as an over-achiever and high-functioning anxious person until I burnt out. 

In 2020, I made some decisions to heal, work on my mindset, & make shifts in my life. 

Now, I juggle various goals and passions including a 9-5 job, content creation, freelance, yoga, salsa, writing, while living alone in a fast-paced city.

I work with Badass women who are struggling with being productivity while dealing with anxiety themselves, so they can slay their goals like I did while healing their anxiety!
